REFUND & RETURNS

By placing an order with PineTrail Prints, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has entered production or shipping preparation, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

2. RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Products must include original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo proof of the damage or incorrect item

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery or without photo evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or washed items

5. EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, color, or design, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
