1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available during special campaigns or for qualifying orders.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

PineTrail Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the issue so we can help resolve it promptly.
